Slag drying production line is mainly composed of rotary cylinder, induced draft equipment, high-speed dispersing equipment, lifting plate, self-cleaning device, transmission device, conveying equipment, hot air equipment, reducer, supporting device and sealing device and other components. The dry wet material is sent to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, and then it enters into the feeding end through the feeding pipe by the feeding machine of the hopper. The inclination of the feeding pipe should be greater than the natural inclination of the material, so that the material flows into the dryer smoothly. The dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder slightly inclined to the horizontal line. The material is added from the higher end, and the heat carrier enters from the lower end, and the material becomes countercurrent contact, and there is also the heat carrier and the material flow into the cylinder together. With the rotation of the cylinder materials run by gravity to the bottom end. Wet materials in the cylinder moving forward in the process, directly or indirectly the heat carrier to the heat, so that the wet materials to dry, and then in the discharge end by the belt or screw conveyor sent out.
